A lot of my wedding couples live in London, but are getting married back in their hometown.  That was the case for Lizzie and Stuart who planned a winter wedding in Fife at Cairnie Fruit Farm near St Andrews.  It might have been the coldest wedding I ever shot, with temperatures at minus 10 degrees.  The snow and ice added to the Christmassy vibe of the whole day, and a late snow shower allowed us to take a beautiful night portrait too.

It’s always lovely to go back to Scotland for a wedding (that’s where I’m from too) and I’m lucky to shoot two or three Scottish weddings every year.  Kilts and Ceilidhs always make me a little bit homesick, but you can be sure I’ll be up whirling someone around if Strip The Willow gets played!

All UK travel costs are included in my wedding collections, so please get in touch to see if I’m available for your wedding… wherever that might be!

“Thank you so much for the beautiful photos from our wedding!  You have really captured the day in a natural and fun way.  We were impressed by your organisation and manner on the day as well – everybody has said how nice you were, and wet really happy to have you there as part of the party!”
