A country house wedding in Somerset

Sarah and Chris found me through one of the students who came on a Trained Eye workshop with me… and I cannot tell you how glad I am they did.  I shot this wedding in February, and only two months into the year and I knew I was going to have to work extremely hard to even get close to topping this one.  Everything was just perfect, the sun shone unusually warm for February, the venue was amazing, and Chris and Sarah co-operated with everything I asked of them.

It was also a wedding of surprises, with Chris buying Sarah a mini cooper as her wedding gift (yes.. a real mini cooper!) and Sarah writing and singing a song for Chris as their first dance.  Couples like this make my job such a dream.
