Hengrave Hall in Suffolk was a magnificent venue to work in, with lots of lovely gardens and medieval interiors to get my photographic juices flowing. For a summer wedding, the grand building makes the perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy their cocktails and canapes.

What made this wedding super-lovely was that Emily & Mark booked me having seen the photos from their friends Emma and Mattias’ wedding a couple of years ago. It’s the second time they have referred me so we really are like old friends now (although I wonder if Emma has forgiven me for whisking her round rather violently at Emma and Lyndons Ceilidh last year ;)

While the rain pours outside, I hope the sunshine in the photos here reminds you that we do have some nice weather weddings too in the UK!
